Processing Time
All of our products are handmade in the UK. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.
UK Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom.
- Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): 5–7 business days
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, Hunu Home primarily ships within the UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can follow your delivery journey.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Hunu Home cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
